Lateef Lovejoy is one of the UK's finest young comedy actors who made his show business debut as a witty 12 year old on Britain's famous morning gameshow "Mousetrap". After that experience on the big screen he has never looked back. Not many Artistes can boast of having exceptional skills and talent in all the main areas of the creative industry however Lateef has these multi-faceted skills in abundance! and is most definitely an international face of the future.

As an Actor he has trained at Britain's legendary Anna Scher Theatre, followed by a spell at another top London Drama School the established Identity School Of Acting. In his final year he gave a mesmerising performance as Jazz Singer Lenny Venice in their ground breaking production "Singing me to sleep"

Prior to this he had completed both a Btec 1st and National Diploma In Performing Arts as well as going on to complete a BA Honours Degree in Media And Cultural Studies at London's Middlesex University. Lateef also has tremendous comedic talent and is one of the most unique and distinctive acts on the international comedy circuit, and is vastly gaining the reputation of becoming a force to to reckoned with. Over the past couple of years Lateef has played to sold out audiences in major cities such as Rotterdam, and Amsterdam (Holland) Stockholm (Sweden) Lagos (Nigeria) New york ( United States) and has toured all over the UK and featured in many of Britain's top comedy clubs and venues.

His skillful blending of Stand-up and impressions has also been showcased on British Comedy television shows "Young, Gifted, and Broke" and "Take The Mike". As well as acting and stand-up Lateef is also an accomplished comedy writer and is set to both write and star in British independent comedy sitcom "Meet The Adebanjos"

Always looking to explore his boundaries Lateef was made one of the faces of the UK's Channel 4 Slash Music promotion that generated heavy rotation on channel 4, E4, Internet promotions, in addition to featuring on their official website and on billboard posters across the UK, Lateef made his musical theatre debut in the popular West End smash hit "Dancing In The Streets" landing the starring role as the MC and swiftly went on to conquer their 2006 UK tour! singing famous Motown Hits Such as Jimmy Ruffin's "What Becomes Of The Brokenhearted" Edwin Star's "Sending Out An SOS" the Temptations hit "Just My Imagination" and Popular Motown hit "Shotgun"

After playing the lead role in "Dancing In The Streets" Lateef was instantly cast in the gripping musical "The Billy Holiday Story" playing the part of American musician " Joe Guy" to great reviews alongside Rain Pryor ( Daughter of legendary Hollywood Actor and Comedian Richard Pryor) and UK legend Louis Emerick.
With Lead Roles in The Hit musical's "Dancing In The Streets" and "The Billy Holiday Story" Lateef's third Musical witnessed him land The of 'Jose' in the legendary International 1972 Feature Film turned stage show "The Harder They Come" which went on a major UK tour and smashed Box Office Records!
Prior to that "The Harder They Come" made it's International debut in both Toronto and Miami. If that wasn't enough Lateef has worked with major television networks such as Nickelodeon, and Paramount, as has also shown his Hollywood potentail when he landed a role in the smash hit blockbuster "The Darknight" ( Warner Bros)
Lateef's ambition is for his work to become internationally recognised and with his talent, charisma, and dedication is well on his way to becoming just that!
