David Hadingham

Formerly a dead pan comedian but almost noticeably happier these days almosty. He has no wry observations on life, no political satire, no cranky slapstick actions, just an innate ability to crack some of the best hand made gags on the circuit today, delivered with perfect timimg (normally always on stage). Sometimes scruffy, sometimes smart, often blue occasionally crude, always entertaining.

He made his comedic debut in a room behind a pub back in 1993 and since then has gone on to achieve great things with marvellous reviews, the Guardian called David a ‘comic genius’ (he knows Desperate Dan is in the Dandy and not the Beano) the Scotsman described David as ‘hilariously funny’ after appearing in the screaming blue murder Edinburgh show.

If you like your comedy a little on the darker side David is the man for you.

He has complemented his live work with several radio and television appearances, most notably a blistering set in BBC1’s The Stand Up Show, and a video diary of his first one hour solo show at the 1996 Edinburgh Festival for ITV’s Funny Business.
